Customer Support Specialist Certificate Program
#BSTK 1578 (needed for registration)The Bureau of Labor Statistics are reporting an estimated 25% growth in customer support positions in the next ten years. Participants can learn keyboarding and data entry skills and increase accuracy and speed; learn effective communication and problem-solving skills, fine-tune language skills, and gain a better understanding of the job expectations and the exciting environment of the customer support industry. Applicants will be required to take a WorkKeys assessment to determine their placement in the course. Job seekers with WorkKeys scores from the past five years must bring their score sheet.
