POSITION: GENERAL BUSINESS/MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR
STARTING SALARY: Full-time positions offers a competitive starting salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in Business/Management area or related field with 18 graduate hours in Business/Management courses. Prior teaching and experience with alternative delivery teaching strategies is strongly preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The successful candidate(s) will have excellent communication skills and effective teaching capabilities.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Primary duties include teaching day, evening or weekend classes, instructional development, student advising and other related duties. Although the instructor ordinarily performs teaching duties independently, the instructor will work cooperatively with other members of the department or other personnel in fulfilling most of the job tasks. The supervisor will provide a means of mentoring or monitoring as appropriate and will be available to discuss progress, problems or any concerns.
