TRADES SPECIALIST II/GROUNDS

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

TWO (2) PART-TIME

Monday – Friday

7:00 am – 3:30 pm

 

 

 

  We are accepting applications for two (2) part-time Temporary Trades Specialist II/Grounds

Positions for the Facilities Management Department.  Applicant should posses a High School diploma or 10th grade education and one (1) year related work experience. Knowledge of safety practices relevant to grounds and maintenance.  Knowledge of tools, equipment, materials and supplies used in grounds and maintenance. Knowledge of techniques, methods and practices used in grounds and maintenance.  Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Applicants must have a valid South Carolina driver's license and no criminal history.  Experience is preferred.
