The LICENSING and CERTIFICATION department offers a variety of certificate, license preparatory classes, and pre-licensing and post-licensing classes in insurance and real estate for sales agents, appraisers, and property managers.

Courses are planned with convenience in mind and are offered in the form of seminars, and traditional learning experiences.
