Michele R. Wells, M.S.L., RT(R), (M), RDMS
Mrs. Wells is a 1985 graduate from the Community Hospital School of Radiologic Technology, in Springfield Ohio. She was the recipient of the Mallinckrodt Award for Outstanding Student Technologist. She has been a certified Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) since 1985.
Mrs. Wells attended Wright State University and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Pfeiffer University, Charlotte NC, with a B.S. in Healthcare Management, a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Change Management and is a member of the Phi Delta Sigma Honor Society. Mrs. Wells holds advanced levels registries with the ARRT in Mammography, and is also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). She has been an instructor for imaging programs in Ohio and South Carolina and the full-time program director for Radiologic Technology at York Technical College since 2005.
She is currently a member of the SCSRT, the South Carolina Society of Radiologic Technologists where she sits on the South Carolina Council on Education in Radiologic Technology and the SCTEA, South Carolina Technical Educators Association.
She is the 2007 recipient of the President’s Award for Instructional Excellence at York Technical College, a finalist for the SC Governor’s Professor of the year award in 2007 receiving a Distinguished Professor award. She is also a NISOD Excellence award recipient (National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development) from the University of Texas at Austin.
She is a former member of the Board of Directors for her local American Cancer Societies in Arkansas and Ohio.
Jacqueline Walters, B.S. RT(R), (CT)
Mrs. Walters is a 2006 honors graduate of the York Technical College Radiologic Technology Program. She is an Summa cum laude graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC with a B.S. degree in Health and Science and is scheduled to graduate from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC with a Masters in Leadership and Organizational Change Management in the spring of 2013. She has been a certified Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) since 2006.
Mrs. Walters holds an advanced level registry in Computed Tomography. She is a member of the South Carolina Society of
Radiologic Technologist (SCSRT) and the American Society of Radiologic Technologist (ASRT).
