Non-high school graduates under age 18 at the time of enrollment at York Technical
College must obtain the signature of one parent and the secondary school official
in whose school the applicant is or should be enrolled. In the case of an applicant
from a home school, the permission must come from the school district or an authorized
educational agency which has jurisdiction over the home school.
