Program Overview - Building Construction Management Certificate

The Building Construction Management Certificate Program will prepare students with entry level supervisory skills for careers in residential building construction. This program will target students with basic knowledge in one or more of the trades areas that require project management knowledge. The student will learn cost estimating, construction fundamentals, safety compliance, construction codes, and business strategies.
