ROCK HILL—The
Library Club of York Technical College in conjunction with Arts4U2, the
ongoing fine arts program of English Instructor Dr. Martha Macdonald, is
currently presenting the work of local artist Kim Grant.
The exhibition,
which runs through June 27 at the Anne Springs Close Library on the York
Tech campus, can be seen during normal library hours: Monday through
Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. until 3
p.m. Grant will be speaking about her work on Friday, June 20, at 10:30
a.m. in room L-113 of the library.
Grant, who teaches art at Northwestern High School, holds a B.A. in Art
Education from Winthrop University. She is a talented painter, but is
also accomplished in pottery.
