ROCK HILL—The York Technical College Area Commission announced today the appointment of Dr. Greg Rutherford as president of York Technical College. Dr. Rutherford is currently serving as vice president for economic and workforce development at Haywood Community College in Clyde, North Carolina.
“We are very pleased to announce Dr. Rutherford's appointment as the college's new president, effective February 1, 2007," said Tony Vaughan, chairman of the York Technical College Area Commission.
