The Education Technology Center (ETC) provides support for online and enhanced classes at York Technical College. The ETC answers phone and email support questions for a variety of computer and program issues. Below is a compiled listing of the most frequently asked questions and the support response.

Using E-mail  Support

To assure you receive prompt support service though email, please provide the following information:  

Full name:

Student ID:

Birth date:

Enrolled Courses ( include the section code) Example : BIO211-01

State the problem clearly, and include any error messages that appeared on the computer monitor.

Using Phone Support

The support caller will be asked to give their student ID number and courses listed,  including the section code.
