I am trying to access my class, but I cannot get logged in. It keeps telling me that my username and password are not correct. The semester begins next week. |
You will be able to access your course when the semester begins. Online courses are required to have the same time restrictions as traditional courses. Is my WebCT username/password the same as my Campus Cruiser username/password? |
No, your WebCT password is not the same as your Campus Cruiser password. The username for both WebCT and Campus Cruiser is the same. There are two possible problems. One problem is your firewall. Make sure that you have allowed WebCT to cross your firewall or you have turned it off while working on WebCT. I am having trouble accessing files that my instructor has put in WebCT. I can access them at school, but not at home. One type of file is a PowerPoint. What do I need to do? |
This sounds like a pop-up blocker. You may have several different pop-up blockers on your computer. Be sure to turn off all of them. Most pop-up blockers can be overridden by holding down the control (CRTL) key while clicking on the link. If the link opens, then you need to turn off the pop-up blocker. |
