Syllabus
The Instructional Development Department
participates in the course syllabus approval process and is responsible
for posting and maintaining campus-wide course syllabi.
The syllabus approval process involves the course
developer, department manager, dean/AVP, and instructional developer.
The syllabus and approval form
are completed and routed
electronically before posting to the website. An instructor
addendum
may also be distributed to
students in addition to the syllabus.
Preparing Your Course Syllabus is a document that will walk you step by step through the approval/review process. The Electronic Course Syllabus Review/Approval Form must be submitted to your supervisor as you begin the approval/revision process.
