Responsible for returning defective product to supplier when necessary and notify company bookkeeper for processing credit.

Office work: Maintain office supply, filling and organizing documents, bills, orders forms etc.

ECC Website: Alert webmaster with products inventory to update the site accordingly. Contact other business offering ECC products to increase sale. 

Blacklion: Restock booth 2 X month. Report any issue to store manager and ECC owner.

Customer Service: Answering calls and process phone orders. Reply to customers who inquiring about refunds and exchange by emails or phone calls. Coordinate any shipping and receiving required and alert customers to any shipping and restocking fees. Report to owner on a weekly basis of all credit requiring processing.
