accordingly. Contact other business offering ECC products to
increase sale.
Blacklion:
Restock booth 2 X month. Report any issue to store manager and
ECC owner.
Customer Service:
Answering calls and process phone orders. Reply to customers who
inquiring about refunds and exchange by emails or phone calls.
Coordinate any shipping and receiving required and alert
customers to any shipping and restocking fees. Report to owner
on a weekly basis of all credit requiring processing.
