Student Requests for Student ID Number

Note: We will not be able to provide Student ID Numbers over the phone. You may acquire your number by visiting the Student Records Office located in the Student Services Building, or we can send it by mail. For security reasons, the student ID number is not printed on the student’s class schedule and is not available from the Student Information Terminal screens.

The username for WebCT is the first initial and last name in lowercase and the last four digits of the Student ID number (example jsmith1234). The password is the six-digit birth date, except that students do not use a leading zero on the birth month. For example, J. Smith’s password would be 51281.

Students may obtain the ID number by presenting a picture ID at the Records Office. In addition, the student's ID number is currently printed on the following college documents:

• Application Thank You Letter from the Admissions Office. The number is labeled Student ID.

• Acceptance Letter from the Admissions Office. The number is labeled Student ID.

• Admissions Checksheet from the Admission Office. The number is labeled Student ID.

• Billing Statement  from the Accounting Office mailed to students who pre-registered before the last week of pre-registration (those students who registered during the last week of pre-registration or after did not receive a billing statement). The number can be found in the upper right corner and is labeled Student ID No.

• Registration Statement from the Business Office, printed when a student pays tuition. The number can be found to the right of the student’s name at the top, middle, and bottom of the perforated form and is labeled ID #.
