Small Business Expo - 2010

In celebration of National Small Business Week, the Entrepreneur Network held the second Small Business Expo. Thirty plus small businesses from York, Chester, and Lancaster counties set up exhibiting and selling their goods and services. Businesses included jewelry, insurance, furniture, therapeutic massage, office supplies, cosmetics, and more. Approximately 150 people came through and talked with the small business owners.

Two informative sessions for potential small business owners were held. The first session was Learning the 1-2-3's of Starting a Small Business by Larry Stevens of the Small Business Development Center at Winthrop University and Jim Bullock from Catawba Regional Development Corporation. The second session was Establishing Credit for Small Businesses by Kerry Mast and Mark Moreno of Carolina First Bank.

Honey-baked Ham sandwiches were provided to the first 100 shoppers through the exhibits.
