FARMERS MUTUAL SCHOLARSHIP

BACKGROUND

Farmers Mutual Insurance Company has provided insurance for rural residents of Lancaster and York County for more than 100 years. The Board of Farmers Mutual Company established annual scholarships for York Technical College students from rural unincorporated areas of Lancaster County and the rural unincorporated area of York County. The Board has set aside funds to assist York Technical College students from these areas.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

1. Must be a current resident of rural Lancaster or York County, SC

2. Must complete a York Technical College Application form below

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

IMPORTANT: Your application must include:

1. Completed application form. Follow the hyperlink.
2. High School Transcript and/or college transcript, if applicable.
3. Letter of recommendation from a High School instructor or employer familiar with the technical skills of the applicant.
4. Statement of need for scholarship assistance.
5. York Technical College Admission Notice.
