Original Condition:    Superior Washer and Gasket manufacturing process was down due to a broken die.  The die supplier quoted 2.5 weeks and $750.00 for a new die.

IMP Assistance:

YTC department head, Mr. Tom Dickerson, produces the new die in less than 3 hours using Charmilles EDM technology while Superior Washer and Gasket technicians observe and become aware of the latest EDM manufacturing technology.
