In order to receive a library ID:

1. Complete the following information.

2. Get a YTC ID from the START Center.

3. Come to the Library to pick up your barcode.

Please allow one business day before coming to pick up your barcode.

A valid Student ID with library barcode is required for interlibrary loans,
access to some databases, and to borrow books from the library - including reserve materials.

Area High School Students, Adult Education Students, Continuing Education Students, and York, Chester, and Lancaster community members will need a valid SC Driver's license instead of a YTC Student ID. Community Patrons do not have access to remote use of electronic resources or Interlibrary Loan. Please contact your local public library for those services.
